Back on Track Physiotherapy and Health Centres have been serving the Ottawa region for over 25 years. 

We offer expert physiotherapy/manual therapy services, acupuncture and dry needling (a very effective muscular form of acupuncture), specialized concussion treatment, management of vestibular/vertigo issues, and pelvic physio (addressing incontinence and other pelvic issues). 

We treat all types of joint and muscle dysfunction, including sports injuries, neck and back pain, whiplash, and arthritic and balance conditions. We treat all ages including children. 

Our focus is to help you alleviate pain, improve mobility, and teach you strategies to avoid further injury or problems through one on one treatment and exercise prescription.

LightHouse is a mental health and wellness practice that offers virtual and in-person psychotherapy sessions for children and youth, parents, couples, families, and adults.

Currently, all practitioners are licenced psychotherapists; two are Registered Psychotherapists and one is a Registered Social Service Worker under the supervision of an RP. We do not have a psychologist or social worker on our team currently. Families who have insurance would need to verify that our services are covered.

Richmond Village Massage's team of registered massage therapists strive to provide every client with a professional, convenient, and helpful treatment. Specific techniques include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, sports massage, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and TMJ massage. Focused treatment plans using muscle manipulations and joint mobilizations are created specific to your body’s needs.  Our website includes an easy to use online booking system and we can also direct bill to most insurance companies on your behalf.
