Online Appointment Booking

For ACTIVE PATIENTS of Richmond Medical Clinic ONLY.

If you are new patient and have not yet had your first visit, you are UNABLE to use this service. You do not have access to any clinic services until you've had your first visit. Any requests from patients who have not had their first visit will be declined.  You have access to this service once you have your first visit with your new physician.

This service is available for routine care. Please do not submit a request and call the clinic.  Please only submit your request online.  Calling the clinic with the same requests defeats the purpose of our online booking system and takes us away from calls with patients who require urgent care.

If you need to schedule URGENT CARE or need to be seen within the next 7 days, please CALL the clinic directly at 613-838-1223 ext.1.

HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

2. Input your information to enter our secure site
3. Select which appointment you’d like to schedule
4. Our staff will schedule your appointment and email you a confirmation with your appointment details within 3 business days

- Mental Health (includes medication renewal appointments for mental health medications)

- Pap Smear

- Nexplanon

- Prenatal Care

- Life Labs (bloodwork and ECGs)

- Driver’s Medical

- Nursing (indicate reason)

 
*** Please DO NOT call the clinic to request an earlier appointment unless your symptoms have changed. We will always schedule the first available or most appropriate appointment with your physician. Calling to request an earlier spot will not result in an earlier booking.  If you are unable to attend the appointment booked for you due to a scheduling conflict, please give us a call so we can rebook it. *** 

Mental Health Prescription Renewals

Concerns regarding mental health medication require a mental health appointment. This includes requests for mental health medication refills.  Please request a Mental Health appointment for any of these renewal requests.
