A reminder that we are accepting only a limited number of new patients and completing a waitlist application does not guarantee you will be accepted as a patient.
If you did not get a chance to fill out a waitlist application please keep an eye on our website. When we are able to open a waitlist again, we will do so via our website only.
Those accepted will be contacted by email. DO NOT CALL OR PRESENT TO THE CLINIC to ask about the status of your application. Our reception staff have no access to the waitlist, nor do they have any information about the waitlist. Contacting the clinic pulls our staff away from supporting our existing patients. Instead, keep an eye on our email!
If you are a prospective patient who has applied on our wait list, please check your email. We only communicate with prospective patients by email. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders as well!
New patients whose wait list applications are accepted will receive an email from us with their first visit appointment date and 2 forms to complete. If these forms are not completed ahead of the scheduled first visit appointment, the first visit appointment will be cancelled and prospective patients will need to reapply on our wait list when it opens again. Please note, we have no plans to open a new wait list at this time.
If you are a prospective patient and have not heard from us, please monitor your email for any communication from us. Please do not present to the clinic or call asking if you have been accepted. The staff at the clinic don’t have access to the waitlist and are unable to help you. If you are accepted you will receive an email from us with further instructions.
