We do not routinely administer or stock vaccines offered in grades 7 and 8, which are typically done by school-run clinics during the school year. These include HPV, Hepatitis B and Meningococcal vaccines.
Patients missing these vaccines, who have also received a suspension notice from Ottawa Public Health, can get the immunizations administered at Community Vaccination Clinics run by Ottawa Public Health. Please visit the link below for more information on these Community Vaccination Clinics and to schedule an appointment for the needed immunizations.
Our wait list is currently closed, however, if you are a prospective patient who already applied on our wait list when it was open, please check your email. We only communicate with prospective patients by email. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders as well!
New patients whose wait list applications are accepted will receive communication from us by email with their first visit appointment date and 2 forms to complete. If these forms are not completed ahead of the scheduled first visit appointment, the first visit appointment will be cancelled and prospective patients will need to start the process again by reapplying on our wait list when it opens again. Please note, we have no plans to open a new wait list at this time.
If you are a prospective patient and have not heard from us, please monitor your email for any communication from us. Please do not present to the clinic or call asking if you have been accepted. The staff at the clinic don’t have access to the wait list and are unable to help you. If you are accepted you will receive an email from us with further instructions.

Dropping off a stool sample?
Please ensure to drop off all stool samples between 7:30am and 11:30am while the LifeLabs technician on site is able to assist you. Some stool tests like Calprotectin are not covered by OHIP and you are required to pay LifeLabs before dropping off the stool sample.
