ONLY AVAILABLE TO ACTIVE PATIENTS OF RICHMOND MEDICAL CLINIC
We hear you! Our phone lines have long waits. And booking online - well you can't get the appointments you want because most appointments aren't available for online bookings.
We want this to be easy for you!
For this reason, we are updating how we do online bookings. We have simplified the process to make it EASIER and QUICKER.
Beginning April 1, you don't have to call the office to book routine care. Instead you can request ANY appointment via our website - no exceptions! Our staff will schedule the first available or most appropriate appointment with your physician and you will receive an email confirmation within 3 business days with the details of your appointment.
To book an URGENT CARE appointment or for health concerns that need to be addressed within the NEXT 7 DAYS you will be asked to call the office directly.
We are excited about this change and look forward to delivering the best patient care!
Our website will be updated on April 3 with details on how to submit your booking request.

We are seeing an uprise in abuse towards our staff. Our staff are here to help you and work very hard. All patients communicating with our staff in person or over the phone must be respectful and kind. Screaming at and swearing at our staff is considered verbal aggression. All patients of Richmond Medical Clinic are required to abide by our abuse policy listed below.
ABUSE POLICY
The office has a zero tolerance for abusive or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff, our colleagues or fellow patients. Any instance of abuse, physical or verbal, may result in immediate dismissal from the practice and termination of the patient-physician relationship.
Dropping off a stool sample?
Please ensure to drop off all stool samples between 7:30am and 11:30am while the LifeLabs technician on site is able to assist you. Some stool tests like Calprotectin are not covered by OHIP and you are required to pay LifeLabs before dropping off the stool sample. If our technician is not on site you will not be able to drop off any stool samples requiring payment and you will have to go to another lab.
Thank you!
Block Fee registration is now open!

Effective MONDAY, MAY 29 we will be amending our clinic mask policy to align with the current COVID landscape.
We will continue to actively monitor public health indicators and make adjustments as warranted. Please note, our mask policy is subject to change at any time. Protecting our staff, community and the health of our patients is our number one priority.
Who is REQUIRED to wear a mask in-clinic?
Masks continue to be required for all patients presenting with respiratory symptoms or other contagious symptoms such as but not limited to: cough, sore throat, runny/congested nose, nausea, vomiting, fever, diarrhea, shortness of breath and other transmittable symptoms.
We encourage these patients to mask up BEFORE entering the clinic to prevent exposing our more vulnerable patients to infection.
Who is NOT required to wear a mask in-clinic?
Masks are encouraged but not required for patients being seen in-clinic for routine care.
